You can download waktusolat 15 from above links.
The size difference is due to the included surah files.
All you need to do is extract the zipped file and run waktusolat.exe No installation is needed. Everything else should be self explanatory.
It works nice on Windows 7, Vista, XP and everything else down to Win95.
